About Us
Changing how we
manage stress
We get what 21st-century culture does to our stress levels and nervous systems (it’s not good). We’re expected to be connected 24/7, work evenings and weekends, answer emails like 911 calls, and never burn out. We can’t change your job, but we can change how you manage stress.
Say hello to Kava.
Why Kava?
It’s like a yoga class in a bottle
Why not just down a glass of wine after a stressful day? Or jet off when we’re burnt out? Because finding relief in escapism isn’t sustainable. We need ways of finding relief in the midst of stress. Kava is how we like to *dew* it. It’s like a yoga class to start your day—without the 5:00 a.m. wake-up call.
Our Story
Our Founder
Ariana Caparelli
You could say my wellness journey began when I lost my brother to suicide. I saw his mental health challenges in myself and knew I couldn’t survive off prescription meds and nightcaps forever. Thanks to my flower child mom, I was introduced to kava—and it changed everything. No more Adderall, Xanax or wine to cope. I founded Dew Wellness to help you do the same.
How I Dew
Dew Drops are my social anxiety bestie. They’ve saved me from the 24/7 hustle culture of Corporate America, calming my nerves before interviews, meetings and events. They’re also my go-to for self-care—candle and bubble bath optional.
The Dew Mocktail
De-stress—without the booze
If you’re anything like us, and you’ve used booze to de-stress from your day, you know it doesn’t always work (hello, sleepless nights and hangovers). De-stress with the nervous-system-regulating mocktail we like to sip after a dewzy of a day.

Our Causes
Mental wellness for all
With every purchase of Dew Wellness, you’re helping your fellow Americans be well. We donate 1% of our profits to The Jed Foundation—a nonprofit that normalizes conversations about mental health conditions like anxiety and depression by giving our nation’s teens and young adults the support and skills they need to prevent suicide and thrive. Because we all deserve to be well.
You dew you
We’re pretty sure we bottled happiness. Buy a bottle and see for yourself.
